The SCOPE Alliance releases its AMC Port Map Gap-Analysis v1.0

Piscataway, New Jersey, June 4, 2007 - The SCOPE Alliance, today, announced the publication of its AMC Port Map Gap-Analysis v1.0, a consolidated view from SCOPE members on properties of importance in AMC-based MicroTCA and AdvancedTCA systems.

The AMC Port Map Gap-Analysis provides guidelines and narrows options, with the intention of facilitating the creation of open carrier grade base platforms. It defines gaps and makes recommendations associated with PICMG’s MicroTCA.0, AMC.0, AMC.1, AMC.2, AMC.3, and AMC.4. The PICMG specifications can be found at www.picmg.org
